Amazing PB Cheesecake

Peanut Butter Cheesecake

 

  • 1 ¼ graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 c plus ¼ c  sugar
  • 1/3 c cocoa
  • 1/3 c melted butter
  • 3 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese
  • 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 2/3 (10 oz.) Peanut Butter Chips melted
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • Chocolate drizzle
  • Whipped topping
  • Hershey’s Mini Kisses

 

(1) Heat oven to 300*. Combine crumbs, 1/3 c sugar, cocoa, & butter. Press into 9 in spring form pan.

(2) Beat cream cheese, ¼ cup of sugar, until fluffy. Beat in condensed milk and then melt chips until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla, and pour over crust.

(3) Bake 60-70 minutes until set and loosen sides from spring form pan after cool.

(4) Garnish with chocolate drizzle. Melt 2 Tbs butter, add 2 tsp cocoa, 2 tsp water; stir until thick. DON’T boil.  Cool slightly; add 1 c powdered sugar, ½ tsp vanilla; beat with whisk until smooth. Makes ¾ cup.
